Return Policy

We have a 7-day exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to
request an exchange. We require the original item to be returned to us for inspection before a
replacement product can be sent out. We only provide exchanges on faulty items or items with
defects. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of getting your product back to us for
inspection. Once we have inspected your returned item and have confirmed it is eligible for a
replacement, we will send the replacement product back to you at no additional charge.

will need to be sent to the following address: 1724 Morning Glory Drive, River Falls, WI 54022.
If your exchange has been started, we’ll ask you to send your product back to us at your expense.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You
will have 7 days from the time the package arrives to begin an exchange claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges on flowers, gummies, tincture oils, topicals or edibles.
These are perishable items that will not be able to be restocked or reused.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do accept exchange requests on cartridges, disposables and apparel. Please follow the steps
listed above to begin a claim. Vape carts and disposables must be 50% full or more to qualify for an
exchange. If any vape cart or disposable within an exchange claim arrives to us with clear damage or
has been tampered with, that unit will not qualify for exchange. Customers are only allowed up to 3
exchanges per year on vape carts or disposable vapes.

Refunds
We do NOT provide returns or refunds on any product for any reason.
