- Every balm comes with a metal applicator spoon, utilizing the applicator is recommended.
- Take a generous amount of balm, depending on what you see fit and apply the balm to the surface area that’s aching or causing pain.
- When applying, the heat of your skin will begin to thin out the balm. Be sure to rub the balm in thoroughly, and you’re done!
